Anita, At first glance 35 foreclosures seems like a lot, but at only 7% of the overall market I like that it's a sliver of the overall homes for sale.  Probably just enough to keep some of the investors and bargain shoppers happy.

We have found the same thing true where we are at... Foreclosure prices do not last long and you have to be ready to make an offer as soon as it comes on the market or you loose your chance. Thanks for the market update on what foreclosures are doing in GA!

The inventory is high in this market, sellers should think twice before putting their homes on the market as of the moment. Meanwhile, buyers should not relax, they should still act fast.
