My sister and I own a piece of property in Duncan Twp. Trout Creek address. It is about 1 1/2 miles east of Trout Creek. It is 36.40 acreas on M28. The north border is on old 28. Our mother passed away in May 09 and the piece was divided with the north half coming to me Myrna Martin and south half to Pam Stratil. We want to sell it speratly or together. If sold togther we would consider a better price. At this time we have just decided to sell so havn't gotten any further. Wouild like some advice as to selling.
