There are still a limited number of lakefront lots for custom builds. For those interested in low-maintenance living, there are re-sale townhomes and new condos and patio homes. And there is the Good Samaritan Senior Living Resort for independent seniors, which includes complimentary use of the 9-hole golf course - all units have either a golf course or lake view.

Within Water Valley South, you will find the self-contained Stonewater patio home community. While residents here have access to all of the Water Valley amenities, there are special community features reserved for their exclusive use, including a tennis court; a putting green; ponds, fountains and trails; an orchard and a vineyard; and a picnic shelter. The patio homes all abut green space, and the homes now under construction feature the stunning designs of Lennar's new Monarch series, along with their "everything's included®" program, and are priced from the mid $300's.
