I am sold like Debb.  Love this kind of development that is well thought out and includes nature.  In Napa there is a winery that did that, and instead of planting every available piece of dirt, they left all the creeks for the animals, and planted in a friendly way.  They don't spray, either.  A

Dick,  Stonewater sounds fabulous.  I love pelicans.  I am so glad a few have dared to fly east and hang out for a while.

My goodness, Dick, this has EVERYTHING. I have to say that I'm darned glad those who have found Fishhawk Lake didn't find Stonewater FIRST. I'd be out of business. 

These homes are in a lovely setting and still affordable. Patio homes are getting more attention as our population continues to age. Being a boomer they look really good to me.
