Our company name, Global Property Systems, abbreviates to GPS, the acronym we always use in marketing our firm. It is the same acronym commonly used to reference a Global Positioning System, the space-based satellite navigation system that provides location and time information, and guides travelers to their destinations anywhere
on or near the Earth.
Our tagline is "Finding Home." We reasoned that what real estate buyers want is to "find home," that special place to live and center their lives. We felt consumers would instantly recognize the double meaning inherent in "GPS" and our real estate company's tag line, "finding home."
We also believe that global positioning is still considered a new technology by most consumers, and felt this association would help to position our company at the forefront of today's technological world. This is what we do, using the latest technology, apps, systems and communications to market properties to buyers around the world. Even our logo features a stylized globe, in our blue and gold company colors.
It's short. It's catchy. It is who we are. It has great legs. What's not to like?
