Well, you can pick up a check from the Title company (in Utah) or Escrow Company, or Attny, but you will have to wait for that check to clear! What its not as good as gold? you ask. Well no its as good as a check. It sint even as good as a money order! To get those "delores's", denero, scheckles, into your hands the fastest, have them wired! Wired funds are "GOOD" funds and good funds are FUN.
