One of my mortgage guys came up with this idea..... it was a Facebook group. I thought I would run with it but change it up more. I first tried to get agents in my office to work together and post their listings on facebook pages we set up. Unfortunately my office did not pick up the idea. So I ran with it myself.
Think.... if it works for you and your office? If you make up pages for say 8-10 of your local cities or areas and then post your listings on the page. Of course you could post community events and other fun info about restaurants and coffee shops too.
This is what is did on some of mine. I am also using it to provide backlinks from social media. I do not know if it will work but I am willing to give it a try.

The benefits of spending a half an hour to an hour a week I believe are:
1.) A local social media back link
2.) A long term way of picking up a client
3.) A way to show your clients you are marketing their home on a local facebook page.
It would even work better if there were multiple agents posting their listings, but you can always do a link to a home in the community to zillow or trulia.
