Real Estate Agent with Juice Homes, LLC Lic# 491811

Stylish East Austin living at Chestnut Commons with incredible location walking distance to the MLK MetroRail Station.  Your immediate surrounding area offers easy bike-ability to Manor Rd District, Disch Faulk Field and a weekend Farmers Market my M Station.

The current owner appreciates pulling into their single car garage, parking and having access directly into their condo.  Newly installed carpet lining the stairwell in August leads you to the main living quarters.

Vaulted ceilings in the main living allow abundant natural light to showcase the stunning wood floors that flow into the dining / kitchen. The kitchen boasts stylish granite counter tops complimented by brick pattern back splash, stainless appliances (fridge conveys) and light wood 'shaker' style cabinets.  A cheerful loft-style feeling of the main living areas, yet a totally separate and closed off bedroom / bath.  A desirable end unit means buyers will also enjoy the privacy of only one shared common wall.

The private bedroom sports a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and great over-sized walk in closet.  The owner installed a 2nd security keypad in the bedroom to avoid late night trips downstairs to set the alarm before going to bed.  Something not fully appreciated till you are crawling in bed for the night!  The full bath has plenty of room making it perfect for 2 person living.  A hall closet offers additional storage options and houses the stackable washer and dryer, which convey.

Chestnut Commons offers multiple outdoor living optionsthroughout the community.  Easy bike ride to Manor Rd restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and community grocery( Think East Side Cafe, School House Pub, In.gredients, Thunderbird Coffee, Haymaker just to name a few!)

John, East Austin certainly is growing like wild fire spreads, just this morning on our local news they asked if all the new construction was hurting the older residents living in East Austin. Probably for many they will have to move but that is the cost of a growing city. Your Chestnut Commons sound convenient to downtown and very stylish.

Bob you are 100% correct, it's a double edge sword for many.  Their homes are worth more than they might ever imagined, but until they are ready to sell rising property taxes are causing heartburn for some residents.  Affordable projects like Chestnut Commons is a great infill for people wanting to be downtown.
