Little Whale Cove

Real Estate Agent with Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn & Dunthorpe Neighborhoods, Waterfront, Luxury & Floating Homes 201209320

This time of year there is a great deal of activity on the Oregon Coast.  Cities up and down the coast are experiencing one of those endless Summers. Newport was in the high 80's all the way up North to Seaside which is located up the coast from Cannon Beach.

It was all warm. The children are back in school and I'm dreaming of family day at the beach building sandcastles.

Many of the homes we're showing to buyers have good fantastic views of the activity out on the water. The range is broad and spans from wildlife such as birds and whales to fishing boats and even storm

watching is a respected activity. The community of Little Whale Cove is a friendly gated development. Selected as one of the 99 best recreational and private planned communities in America. It is located South of Depoe Bay and between Lincoln City.

Plus, only a short walk from the Whale Museum in downtown Depoe Bay. John Wiley & Sons of New York published a book that clearly considers Little Whale Cove to be a valuable place for vacation, retirement & investment planning.

OREGON COAST HOMES is our valuable resource to view property FOR SALE.

Little Whale Cove Amenities

Paved Roads and Trails

Whale watching look-out and Gazebo

Indoor & Outdoor Tennis Courts

Recreation Center with sauna / whirlpool / bike paths

Private Beach

There is a beach on freshwater cove supplied with water from two streams. This area is Oregon's only private beach. The Oregon Supreme Court ruled this is private property and the residents of Little Whale Cove are allowed to use the beach as part of the protective covenants.

Winds from the East are blowing warmer air out to the Pacific Ocean and cooler fog is pushed offshore.
