WOW!! With 13 closings in March and 21 in the pipeline for April.........before the month even begins............I am loving Real Estate in Hampton Roads, VA !! Aren't you excited for me?? What the heck happened? After a great three quarters in 2007, I was almost starting to believe the media when they said that we were in a housing slump. I was even thinking of an alternative way to make ends meet, then it all started turning around in January after I responded to a chain letter. Now, I have never been one to believe in all that "GIVE AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE GARBAGE", but believe me it worked!! Let me tell you how I did it, and how you too may reap the rewards, my friend. Look in your mailbox every day for a plain, white envelope; addressed to you, your spouse, or whomever lived in the house before you. Carefully, open the envelope, and read the well-written letter, which promises to give you great financial rewards if you commit to scratching the last name off of the bottom, adding your name to the top, then sending the same, coppied letter to as many people as you can possibly think of. The more the better!! The only problem I had, was that I could not think of very many people and was quiet worried that I would miss out on this golden, once in a life time opportunity because of my lack of connections. However, I was more fortunate than most, because the lovely lady who sent this letter to me was so kind and considerate that she even included the name of a company to contact which sold the names and addresses of people (just like you and me) on pre-printed, self-stick mailing labels for only 2 cents a piece!! I was so excited that I purchased 5000 labels immediately and had them sent overnight so I could get started right away!! What a bargain, and how kind of her to think so much as to include that valuable information in her chain letter!! Let's face i! Sensative, naturally honest, loving, giving, caring human beings are a rare find these days!! I feel like we connected on some level that most would never understand. I will never be able to thank her enough!! $100.00........not a bad investment for potential FINANCIAL FREEDOM!! Sooooooooooooooo, just 5000 envelopes later, 5000 stamps later, a lot of stuffing, licking and stamping later...............HERE I AM!! I have never felt better about my life or my future. I no longer spend my days dreaming of what could be.......................I am living it!!
