Real Estate Agent with The Cowan Connection Team GA RE#291782

We love to entertain and do fun things for our friends, family and clients. We recently hosted a tailgate party for our existing and potential clients where we served delicious food that should keep them coming back for more enjoyable experiences.

Do you love "Pigs In A Blanket"? Then you will love "Hogs In A Sleeping Bag".

Hogs in a Sleeping Bag

  • 4 LBS Smoked Kielbasa Sausage- Cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 Pkg. Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1 egg- beaten

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out puff pastry and slice into 1-inch slices. Wrap the cut pieces of kielbasa with puff pastry. Place kielbasa onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Make egg wash in a separate bowl and lightly brush puff pastry with egg wash.

Bake for 20-25 min until golden brown.  Some great dipping sauces to accompany this dish are ketchup, bbq sauce, honey mustard, spicy mustard, or apricot preserves.

What is your favorite party recipe?

Thank you,

Jennifer Cowan

Hi Jennifer,  Hogs in a blanket sounds like a winner. I usually leave off the blanket and put it in sauerkraut.
