Good morning Mike. You are so right. It is so important to work with a knowledge loan officer like yourself. So often banks and credit unions will just not work with folks that don't have at least a 640 score. These folks won't be discouraged if they work with you.

Hi Mike, this is a very encouraging presentation for buyers who are afraid to check out their credit score. Loan Officers come in all sizes and packages; we have some great ones in Orlando. They are so helpful in encouraging young buyers first stepping out to purchase their first home and also, to those who may have experienced a rough financial ride in the recent years.
