Two properties sold in Sound of the Sea subdivision, one in Queens Court subdivision, one in Archers Point subdivision, another in Ocean Oaks, two homes are located in Lands End another in Ocean Crest subdivision, one in Holly Point subdivision, two in Spinnakers Reach subdivision, one in Shell Cove Subdivision, two in Pebble Beach subdivision, one in each of the following subdivisions, Bluewater Bay, Royall Oaks, Dolphin Ridge, Point Emerald Villas, Sea Crest, and Sea Dunes, and the remaining six homes sold in unincorporated areas of Emerald Isle NC. The average price for a home sold in Emerald Isle NC in August 2014 was $416,652. The lowest price home that sold was priced at $84,000. The highest priced home that sold in Emerald Isle NC this month was $1,375,000. Of the 27 homes that sold in Emerald Isle NC in August the sold at an average of 94% of list price. The average price per square foot for homes sold in Emerald Isle this month was $226.49 per square foot. There were three lots were SOLD in Emerald Isle during the month of August 2014. One of the lots that sold is located in Cape Emerald subdivision, one is located in Bluewater Bay subdivision, and one is located in Surf Side subdivision.
