Market report:

The median list price for Richmond is currently $279,979! There are also 998 properties on the market! Which is so different than Stafford at 45 properties. So if you're looking for a home, its a great time to buy! Compared to Stafford, this is a very large difference in the number of homes we have on the market! Which means, as of right now, it is both a Seller's and Buyer's Market Advantage! If you're thinking about buying or selling a home in the Richmond area, it might be your time to shine!

Right now, our average for properties to stay on the market is 88 days! And compared to last week, this has gone down! Which means homes are starting to sell quick! Also, the age of the listing homes has been averaged to 8 years! So the homes you might be purchasing are fairly new!

29% of properties that have had to decrease their price! But there could be numerous reasons for that to happen! Which isn't much of a difference from Stafford at 24%.
