Worthless Prequal Letters!

Services for Real Estate Pros with Immediate Home Solutions

A very good friend of mine who is a motgage broker in California has an excellent program available to help out many Realtors across many different states.

This program is available throughout the following states:

Arizona   California   Colorado   Utah   Wyoming   Florida

Georgia   Hawaii   Idaho   Illinois   North Carolina   Oregon

Texas   Washington   North Dakota   Michigan

That's a whole lot of states and a whole lot of clients that can get the help and leg up they need to go and get a house while using you as their Realtor.

We know that you could use a pre-qual letter for tissue to blow your nose in!  Here's a way to actually get your clients underwritten and approved without having to have a contract ready to go.  Think about it, you get an approval for your buyer, which strengthens their position when they make an offer.

Her name is:

Gina Nichols

Call her and use my name (if you want).

Absolutely! a solid pre-approval through underwriting is always the best way to go.

Without going through underwriting, anything you get from a lender is pretty much worthless. This is based on my experience.
