5. Will you be able to sell?
I know when you are buying your “dream home” you don’t think about future buyers, right? But remember: things change. You may get job transfer that you just can’t say no to, your family may move and you decide being with them is more important than staying in your dream home…I am not telling you to paint with beige and only use stainless steel. Those things can be changed. But one thing can’t be: Location.
