Robert Vegas Bob Swetz disappointed with Dimond Tuxedo Rentals in Anchorage AK

Vegas Bob recently rented a tuxedo at Dimond Tuxedo Rentals last week with so much disappointment.
 
One of the ladies, owners was straight out "Rude" to Vegas Bob. She was discriminating, was saying very rude comments to Vegas Bob, etc.
 
Vegas Bob would never ever rent a tuxedo at Dimond Tuxedo Rentals and would advise others to beware of terrible "Customer Service" ;o(

VB,  Why would anyone ever be rude to Vegas Bob.  Especially when Vegas Bob is giving them business.  Big Mistake.  Apparently they had no idea who they were dealing with here!!!!  BIG MISTAKE

Hello Belinda ... they did not know that I was Vegas Bob! I was very polite and mentioned to them that I am a business man and own several businesses. I also mentioned to them that "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is (Number One) in my businesses.

They said they don't care and continued to be rude and Vegas Bob walked out the door. As VB was walking out the door he said ... you just lost $130 dollars.

And they, one of the owners said ... "They Don't Care" ;o(
