I HAVE to rave about this super cool new home gadget. Well, I should give credit to my mother for telling me about them...but I am sure I would have found them eventually.

They are outlet covers with built in sensors, they know when your room is dark and then turn on small little lights. Watch how they work:
Word is, they started as a Kickstarter campaign and grew to some amazing greatness. They have been featured in many magazines and blogs and home improvement sites. I love helping small businesses grow!
I just got mine in the mail today, and they are super simple to install. First, make sure you turn the power off to the rooms you are replacing the outlet covers on. Then, remove your old outlet cover and follow the instructions on the Snap Power covers. It took me seconds to replace each one. Next, turn the power back on and make the room dark and the small lights turn on. They are very neat, would make a great alternative to clunky night lights and are not too bright. LOVE!!
