Why do we charge a higher commission rate on average than most?  Simple fact:  we are worth it!

I have worked with thousands of Realtors over the years and consider the protection and service of what we bring to the table an extreme value.

Ask your neighbor who just purchased a home to see their Hud 1 or settlement statement from their recent sale or purchase and compare the charges.

The norm in our area is 6%.  Some think that's high but when I explain I half it unless I work both sides it calms nerves and questions.

Don...I have no idea. When sellers ask me for a reduced rate...I ask them which services they would choose to have me eliminate (like my lower priced competitors).

Don, Yes I can tell based on reading all the blogs that you folks do a bang up job for your clients and your services are worth every penny spent. Sometimes buyers or sellers do not realize they paid less in commission but netted a lower amount on a sale or higher amount on a purchase than they would have incurred if they had chosen wisely and hired a group like yours!
