When You Find Lemons....Make Lemon Water

Today I was taking the photos for my new listing going on the market next weekend in Ontario CA. I was in the backyard  checking out the trees and was just amazed how large and how many lemons were on the two trees.

Fruit trees are a gift that just keeps on giving.

Most were green but found an over due yellow lemon so I washed it off and took it home.

Sliced it up and put it in iced water for dinner. Lemon makes the water have a fresh taste and is also a natural diuretic.

Hi Endre,

It is wonderful to get fruit from the trees. I want to plant a lemon tree as I think fresh lemon juice is really the best.

I know this is bad, however I have not had a glass of water in two weeks. I have to try and remember that I need to drink it. I did not know that lemon in water is a natural diuretic. Duly noted and headed to the store for some lemons.

Hi Sussie,

I was drinking tea in a bottle and my feet started swelling and had never done it before. Cut out everything until I found it was the tea with a salt perservative but in the meantime I didn't want to take prescriptions so I started researching on the internet and so I tried it and wow it worked great. If I am out somewhere where I am walking long distances, I am careful no to put lemon in my water or tea especially when there are not facilities.

Hi Sally and David,

That is a great idea and I will try freezing them it as it is sort of like frozen melon balls. Lemons always make the water look even more appealing too.
