Communities in Indio with No HOA
Living in a neighborhood with a homeowners associates (HOA) has its pros and cons but the choice is yours. If you wish to stay away from HOA's, Indio has several nice communities to choose from.
If you don't want an additional monthly payment on top of your mortgage, insurance, and property taxes, a community with no HOA is a nice choice. Indio has many neighborhoods available with home prices currently ranging from $200,000 to $400,000.
