Here is a look at Bellingham home sales in August, 2014. Sales are up by 9 compared to last August and up by19 from last month, July 2014.
The sales price has taken a big leap up 24% compared to last August and is also up from last months sale price of $363,929
Prices seem to be generally on an upward swing. The spring and summer have been absolutely beautiful, and the weather is still great, which will surely encourage visitors to move here.
