Windrose At Phillips Creek Ranch In Frisco TX
On Sunday September 14th 2014 I visited Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco TX to check up on how things are progressing since my last visit. Phillips Creek Ranch consists of 7 neighborhoods and I decided to concentrate on the Windrose neighborhood.
The Windrose neighborhood is in a great location within Phillips Creek Ranch as it is near to a large pond and the amenity center. It also has some great views looking towards lake lewisville to the west. The builder is Toll Brothers who makes some incredible Executive and Estates homes.
