The Southeastern Charity Horse Show gets underway at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, Ga on Wednesday night! The show runs through Saturday night and the weather is going to be great! See the complete schedule here.
Come on out and enjoy seeing the gorgeous American Saddlebreds strut their stuff!
The Georgia International Horse Park was built to service the equestrian events during the 1996 Olympic Games hosted by Atlanta.
It's a beautiful, top notch facility located just west of Atlanta off of Interstate 20.
Simply take the Salem Road exit, turn left, travel about 1 mile to a right onto Gees Mill Road and the Horse Park will be 3 miles ahead.
There will be hundreds of horses and exhibitors from all over the country. Riders will range in age from 3 to 70+. There will be wonderful vendors and there is even a consignment sale going on in the Park over the weekend!
American Saddlebreds enjoy performing and really appreciate encouraging applause from the crowd!
This is a great opportunity to meet some great people and learn about horse shows and these wonderful animals.
The beautiful horse on the right is my own "little" American Saddlebred, Tangled Dreams, and our trainer, James Spriggs from Etowah Stables!
You can watch this video to get an idea of what you might see! It's so exciting to see these world class competitors gathered in once place SO CLOSE TO HOME!
HOPE WE SEE YOU THERE! Stop by Barn 3 for a visit!
