Day 24 - Sponsor a Pasta Celebration

A great way to get your name, face, and business in front of your farm area is to get them all in one place at the same time. How can you do that? Try hosting a pasta celebration!

October 17th is National Pasta Day! Sponsor a dinner for the residents in your farm area. The main dish - pasta! Though this is a very inexpensive dinner, you can still partner with a mortgage lender or stager to host the meal. Residents will sign in upon arrival on a sign-in sheet or iPad that provides a field that asks if they are interested in buying or selling. Both parties get the leads and everyone has a great dinner!

Be sure to provide music, even if it's on a computer or tablet to keep the event festive and maybe coloring pages or games for the kids so that everyone in the family enjoys the event! It will be a hit - and so will you!
