No, I'm not camping out at the Apple Store tonight!

I was just watching the local news, and they sent camera crews to local Apple Stores. Tonight, it turns out there are poeple camping out so they can pick up their new pre-ordered iPhones when the stores open in the morning.

But wait! Don't you pre-order a new phone so you don't have to camp out in a long line in front of the store?

Not sure how long I'll try to resist the newest toy in the Apple box, and I keep telling myself that there is no way I need one of these, and even if my old phone was dead (which isn't likely because it's an iPhone 5 that's only about a year old), camping out in a shopping mall sounds a little extreme.

But you have to give Apple credit. After all these years of selling iPhones, they still need crowd control guys when they get in a new model.

So I wonder if Cheryl Richie is camping out tinight?

I love love love my iphone but I definitely think that the 5S is good enough-especially since it is just a year old. However, I am really excited and would love to jump on the bandwagon to buy some shares of ALIBABA!!!!

Pat, I passed the Apple store today on Fifth Avenue and the lines were wrapped around the block twice in two directions-trust me, I am definitely not interested in being an early adaptor!
