Suwanee Fest kicks off with Parade
Suwanee Fest will be kicked off with a parade at 10AM on 9/20. The theme will be Red, White and Blue with Former Army Captain Luis Carlos Mantalvan and his service dog, Tuesday, serving as Grand Marshalls. He is a former Army Captain and New York Times Best Selling Author. Captain Mantalvan will also speak after the Parade.
This is the first year this annual celebration will last 2 days. Saturday festivities and vendors are open at 10AM and Sunday the vendors open at 12:00 Noon. This is of course at the SuwaneeTown Center Square.
There are arts and crafts exhibitors that are open from 10AM until 7PM on Saturday and Noon - 5 on Sunday. Of course there are numberousactivities for the children including inflatables and face painter. Food Vendors to fit every taste bud witll be participating. This is one of the best festivals in the Northern Atlanta Area.
Suwanee Town Center Square is very dog friendly, especially on festival days. The four legged children have their own water fountain. Some loved to be petted and some like to give lots of kisses, so be ready. Our Dog Duncan loves all the attention he gets there. So if you see a white goldendoodle with a honey stripe down his back spinning in circles it is most likely Duncan.
