That's what this business sometimes feels like, we hear an echo when we are dead and see walls up when we aren't! In fact, according to www.househuntnews.com there are more sellers than buyers (imagine that). The buyers aren't qualified to get the loans and the sellers need to sell for one reason or another. An option you might try with the sellers is ask them if they are willing to do a lease purchase with the buyer for so many months and let the seller move on if the seller can move on, that is. There are many creative ways to work with the seller in these times. We just have to find them. Any other suggestions or comments are welcome in whatever market you are in!
