Mortgage and Lending with Assurity Financial Services

It is rough these days with getting clients approved in today's current housing market.  The times are changing and it looks like being FHA approved is a very viable option to get extra help for my clients.  I had found that it is a very lengthy process to get FHA approved but finally found and easier solution!  I would love to share this information with you.. please read on.

If you are a loan officer or a broker who is not FHA approved but you would like to start selling the FHA products?  I was there once too and now have found a solution!

At Assurity Financial Services, we will hire you on as a W2 employee for all of your FHA needs.  We provide web training on what an FHA product is, and how to sell it.

The splits are great at 91% and the support is there for your needs.

If you are interested in learning more please email me at my email address in my profile.  Once hearing from you I can give you a web address for you to see a short presentation on what they have to offer to help you!

If you would like to see today’s rate sheet please email me and I will forward it to you.

Hmm... FHa is becoming a very good option if you cannot get someone approved for conventional financing. We are just about FHA Approved and will prbably have our eagle very soon- still this sounds like a good option for those who do not plan to get approved.
