ActiveRain Referrals - Thank You Lottie Kendall

When the delivery person knocked on my door this morning I had no clue who sent me flowers.  All kinds of guesses whirled through my mind but the guesses where shooting blanks.  I could not come up with a name of anyone who I thought might send me flowers ... especially on a random day like September 22, 2014. 

This is such a lovely and unexpected surprise from Lottie Kendall.

 

Autumn Bouquet of Flowers

Lottie was the referring agent on the sale of a home I recently closed.

Lottie sent the flowers to thank me for taking such great care of her clients.

Today, as we all welcome the new season, I am enjoying this beautiful bouquet of flowers sporting Autumn colors.

Agent to agent referrals have always been a great source of good clients.

I've found that agent to agent referrals far better than the system controlled by the mega brokers who skim a huge amount for the referrals.
