Accountability for Your Virtual Assistant

We all know that accountability is important, especially when you have a Virtual Assistant. In order for your business to run like a well-oiled machine, it is imperative that each individual member is fully optimized, each one knowing their role and the responsibilities that come with that role. We use TimeDoctor and Asana for work flow scheduling and accountability of TIME.   It's worked very well and pretty inexpensive at that but it certainly is imporant to keep your VA's lined out with work to do and make sure they are working on what they are supposed to be working on!
