Niceville and Okaloosa County

For anyone looking into Real Estate in the Panhandle of Florida, we have a great secret here in Okaloosa County.  We are growing, but a lot of people still think Disney World when they think Florida.  Niceville is across the Choctawhatchee Bay from Destin, Florida and residential neighborhoods abound.  Okaloosa County schools rank tops in the state.  Niceville is great for families, retired folks and any combination.  Minutes from the beaches, but close to marinas for launching sail boats or large leisure crafts.  This is a great place to call home.
