I've used USDA loans for years. The problem is that increasingly it's harder and harder to find areas qualifying for them in the Charlotte region.

Good morning Mike. As you know, the guidelines are going to change as of Oct. 1st. Some towns that you can currently do these loans, will no longer be eligible and the monthly mortgage insurance will be going up by 10 basis point.
All of this make this product a bit more difficult.
