Autumn:
Per Google's search page it is officially the first day of Autumn. It's time for the weather to start cooling down and the foliage on the trees to start showing off their orange and brown colors.
Autumn, used interchangeably with Fall, marks the transition from summer to winter. I love the colors that the Autumn brings about.
It is a time of change, for some it means cooler weather and the ushering in of winter. For others it's football season, tail-gating or gathering around the living room television to watch your favorite teams play.
It also means a time of harvest. The gathering and reaping of things planted. Whether that be crops or things we have planted in our lives. We plant seeds everyday, what seeds we chose to plant is completely our own.
This brings to mind a quote I once heard some time ago.
“To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.” ~Unknown
What seeds have you planted this year that will take you to new heights next year? Have you planted any seeds that will grow and mature into your best year yet?
It is never too early to start planning for the upcoming year? Whether it is for business, pleasure or our family lives. It's a great time to sit down and re-evalulate those "seeds" we have planted.
Happy Autumn!!
