Fishhawk Lake-Tuesday Travelogue September 23rd
Welcome to the ongoing weekly series called Tuesday Travelogue. We are in our thirteenth week! Each week, some ActiveRain bloggers are spotlighted to take us somewhere we may not have been on some kind of virtual travel (and it doesn't cost a dime!). Here is the purpose:
" to enjoy the ride"
"take a trip without even leaving the farm"
"expand your horizons"
"see through someone else's eyes"
and hopefully much more!
With the first day of fall, I thought I would leave you with some summer memories...the theme today.
What's better than a summer wedding celebration post to make you smile and feel a true sense of family? Rene Fabre does a great job inviting us to enjoy his precious daughter's wedding in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Come with me to Arkansas! But first South Carolina! The terrific travel writer, Mryl Jeffcoat has taken us for a journey to the south. Summertime and the Livin' is Easy! (Be sure and check out all of her posts from this trip in Travelers in the Rain.

When I think of summer, the BEACH always comes to mind. As we say good-bye to it (for most of us), Kathy Streib delivers the beach goods with AMAZING photos just to make us want to be on both Delray AND Palm Beach!

And to end, I'm going to be self-indulgent and share my Endless Summers post, as I head back to the place where I grew up spending summers--The Thousand Islands. This set the tone for me to fall in love with what I now call home, Fishhawk Lake. EVERY child should have the great childhood experiences that I had--I was so lucky!!

Good bye, Summer!!!! Til next year!!!!
I hope that you enjoyed all of these virtual travels. Please feel free to join our group
