Real Estate folklore claims that the best time to Buy and Sell is during the spring and summer months. Sometimes that is true...and other times its is certainly not. As I tell our clients, folks need to buy and sell all year long in the Lehigh Valley because let's face it, Life Happens.

As a seller, keeping your home on the market will give you a higher chance in selling it before spring, which will give you great position to buy without a Sale and Settlement Contingency.
