For the purposes of this real estate report blog, we are going to be simply dividing the Ono Island sales stats into 2 categories, waterfront and inland.  The key stats to note from the charts below is that although luxury waterfront properties are moving, it is taking an average of 250 days for those properties to sell, thus pricing your Ono Island properly is key to generating the most net profit possible from the sale.  Sellers are also getting just over 90% of their list price from their buyers, which in addition to the extended days on market, is an indication that Ono Island subdivision is still experiencing buyer's market conditions.  Inland properties are much more affordable, yet much less desirable and that is evident by both the average days on market and the percentage off of list price that the homes are selling for year to date.
