It sounds like Jennifer was very lucky to have you on her side.  I have seen more than more mortgage broker/loan officer walk away from a client of this nature.  I am not sure if they just could not be bothered or did not have the knowledge to be able to help them.  Great job Mike, I am sure you will have many new clients for  your efforts.
