This is how a yard sign should really look!

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker SL3268673

Just a short while ago the sign below was installed in front of my newest listing, a $4.35mm direct oceanfront home in Fort Lauderdale.

Did it cost me a pretty penny? You bet!!

Does it look like any other signs in the neighborhood? No way!!

All too often agents become very lazy, and stingy in the marketing of their listings. They somehow believe the same old thing that has always worked will keep on working. In a business that is ultra competitive, it's the attention to detail that always wins the big listing, like it did for me on this home at 3040 N. Atlantic Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This is terrific, Michelle. Love the look. Hope your clients are pleased and you get a good response...and of course sell the home quickly

Great design. Just curious, is the sign material made from vinyl or aluminum?

Very beautiful, professional and is different from the regular signs. This will definitely make buyers stop and take a look. Your seller's house will definitely stand out

Great looking sign.  Listing a high end property requires some above normal high end marketing.  Hopefully it sells fast.

Very nice! My signs are alright, but I'd love something flashier. Sotheby's controls this (as all else)

Congrats on the new listing and the nice looking sign to show it off. I hope you can soon move that sign to another location because this home has sold.

Exceptional sign.  What design sign do you use for you non luxury homes?

Yes, as you, I believe a sign is impotant and says a lot.

Thank you for the compliment Marilu. For non-luxury homes I go with the traditional wooden post sign, but I try to make sure it is as informative as possible with a property website rider below the sign, and a brochure box so that people can find out about the home quickly right from their car.

Now that's a great looking sign!  We spend extra money on videos or signage as needed.  Best wishes for a quick sale!

That is a great looking sign and I envy you.  Is it all metal?  or is that plastic over a metal post?  Sometimes when I am dealing with hard ground I have to drive mine in with a hammer and I think that would damage the top part of your sign.  I always carry a level to get mine in straight.

Hi Gene, the sign is all metal. It has brackets near the bottom of the post for hammering it into the ground.
