There are actually three major areas in which a virtual assistants can play a huge role in your business.

One of them is in Marketing. A majority of marketing for real estate is done online through various channels such as personal websites, blogs and social media. A virtual assistant dedicated to marketing could handle all these for you.

Another area in which a Virtual assistant can be utilized is in Administrative work. Whether it is transaction coordination, Broker Price Opinions, Listings Management or even keeping your calendar and schedule organized, a virtual assistant can be highly effective in tackling all the administrative tasks that need to be dealt with each day.

Last but most definitely not the least, a Virtual Assistant can be utilized in calling out to your leads, whether you need someone for cold calling or to nurture your warm leads, a virtual assistant can be a huge asset in this department. While you go and meet clients, you can focus on closing deals and helping people while your virtual assistant makes those calls and follow-ups, sets up more appointments, generally keeping the wheel turning.

That’s just the tip of the iceberg, as time goes on, you will find that there are a multitude of possibilities that can be explored once your real estate virtual assistant is fully plugged in to your system.

I use a transaction coordinator, and would never do without one. She is local, but I never see her so she could be from anywhere. I've been planning to find a social media manager this quarter.

A virtual assistant is also in my business plan, however, trying to find one with computer, communication skills and specific knowledge about specific businesses is going to be my challenge. I may have to hire up to three VA's.

I don't know that I would use a VA for BPO's or CMA's--the real strength of mone when I prepare these stems from the fact that I'm not just massaging numbers, but actually know the houses and neighborhoods.

Found one and they will be able to do some adminstrative task that I simply don't have the time to do yet are still vital to my business. This allows me to focus on the tasks that need only my attention.

I don't know that I could give up control of our social media sites.  It only takes an hour or so a day, and it's all me.

I am thinking of hiring a VA for transaction management and some follow up, but don't have the time to train right now.  Trying to find the most dependable, most reasonable cost way of accomplishing this.  Just starting to look into this.

I have recently hired a Transaction Coordinator who is remote and am working through the kinks.  It is hard to give up certain functions though, especially managing my Social Media, which I still haven't done.  Probably the hardest part of it though, is getting used to the fact that only I have as much passion about my business and so I have to be patient when things aren't done immediately, even though she is pretty timely on getting things done.

Have tried several Virtual Assistants.  It helps if they understand the culture and have a good grasp of English in your part of the country.  Have had both good and bad experiences. VA's are good for many routine tasks and updating blogs.

I need a V.A. but not sure if that will work for me. Most of my buyers are foreigners... Spanish, Portuguese speakers.... from South America and Europe also there is a lot international calls.... that is the reason I still don't have one... but I wish....

I could definitely see the value of a VA. You either get on board with the technology or be left behind
