This is so true!  You never know if it is a feeler deal for something bigger and referrals are always a thought in the back of the mind.

It's funny how that works at times, I had a similar client where I was thinking I shouldn't even work with them, but they were really nice, so I did.  2 months after the small purchase, they called and wanted to purchase a more expensive home and sell the current home.  Then 8 months after that, they decided to move out of state and needed to sell the new home.  4 transactions within a year, turned out to be my best client that year!

I do my best to not look at the price tags and treat all customers equally. Works out in the long run, not everyone thinks ahead. Today's buyers are tomorrow's sellers. They just may move up and tell their friends!

NO DEAL IS EVER TOO SMALL. I am working on one right now that is $65,000. This deal is as much or more work as any. It is a foreclosure and the paper work is a real pain. I don't mind because the client is soooo nice. He has a lot of family and I feel sure I will get some business from them
