30 Days of Marketing Opportunities - Day 30
This series of 30 Days of Marketing Opportunities will give you 30 projects or tasks that your Virtual Assistant can handle on your behalf, generating leads that will ultimately generate more income for you! These are tasks that do not require a lot of high-end skill but, instead, require some time (hence the reason your Virtual Assistant should handle these tasks, not you!) and attention to detail. Join me on the journey and I welcome your feedback!
Day 30 - Promote Your Clients
Another way to get your name, face and business out there is to start a cross-promotion effort with your clients! And it's really easy to do.
When you have a client who closes on a property, promote it and them in your newsletter and/or website. In addition to the fact that they closed and in which community they just bought or sold, include (with permission, of course) information about their business. If they own their own company, promote it! If they work for the local bank, the local grocery store, or the funeral home, promote that!
In return, your clients will be so grateful about the free publicity that they will be happy to tell their friends and neighbors about their great agent! You can also set up a referral system so that when your clients refer leads to you, they will receive $50 or a gas card or 2 free movie tickets or whatever you decide. It gives them an even added incentive to tell as many people about your services as possible!

Another interesting idea. We don't have very many clients that have a business to promote.

I'm with Cyndi, I hadn't seen the other 29 marketing ideas, so now I need to go back and start with number 1. Thanks for sharing.

These have been great idea's Renae, I need to give some thought to them and how to work with a VA!
Cyndi - I hope you enjoyed some of the other posts in the series as well!
Donna - Perhaps do something different, like promote your clients as the "Client of the Month" or "Buyers of the Month." Anything to show your clients that you value them!
Troy - Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a chance to visit some of the other posts in the series!
Evelyn - Thanks! Let me know if you'd like to talk about what working with a VA could look like for you. Sometimes, all it takes is having a concrete discussion to help all the cogs click into place!
