A little fun, but seriously, please stage or at least de-clutter. First impressions count!
WOW! Lisa, You are so right. We only get one chance to make a good first impression.

Do you see this type of rookie mistake in your market, Jerry? Hard to believe it still happens.
We see this all the time in the South Florida Market. The most amazing thing sometimes is that it will be on Multi-Million dollar listings. My jaw literally drops sometimes.
If that is the best that a listing agent can do, they should get out of the business.
Lisa, so what do you think the Realtor was thinking when he/she took this picture? What's the matter with agents....such low standards and no clue about doing the best for their clients
Hi Lisa, I'm surprised they didn't somehow get a reflection of themself taking the picture, dresse in something other than presentable. I've seen some like that. What's worse is they are experienced agents that do it.
It is so easy with our technology to have good pics. It really shows how little some people are trying with shabby photos. My pet peeve is when the listing has one photo and you can see the car window on the edges, so you know they didn't even get out of the car to take the pic!
What's wrong with that photo? Not their fault there was an earthquake going on at that time.........
I see this from seasoned agents often.
I seldom take photo's of bathrooms unless there is something very special about them
