Hi Lisa, I'm surprised they didn't somehow get a reflection of themself taking the picture, dresse in something other than presentable. I've seen some like that. What's worse is they are experienced agents that do it.

It is so easy with our technology to have good pics. It really shows how little some people are trying with shabby photos. My pet peeve is when the listing has one photo and you can see the car window on the edges, so you know they didn't even get out of the car to take the pic!

I think we all have so many pet peeves on this one. Aaron, whenever I see these types of photos and those like you've described, I can't help but think of REOs and short sales. I get the feeling maybe the agent had the client or renter take the photos on the fly here. For his sake I hooe so, but either way no excuse. It gives us all a bad name and leads to those listing commission objections.
