So what does Simple mean when you are preparing your home for sale?
Simple means using an accent piece to highlight a feature of the home and pre packing the other pieces.
Simple means leaving some open space on a surface or in a room.
Simple means having easy traffic flow from one area to another.
Simple means mulching beds so there is less weeding.
Simple can mean sending your pet on a vacation to grandma's while you sell.
Simple means creating a last minute bin to hold those items you will deal with on your way to work or before a viewing.
Selling your home is much easier when you do the prep work before going on the market. It will make it easier to keep the house in show condition.
