Hiking North South Lake in Catskills New York

Its the that time again, the seasons are changing and with that comes beautiful colors. Over the weekend I went hiking in the Catskill regions, which is about 3 hours from New York City yet very much worth the trip.

We did the entire loop for both North and South mountain and summit-ed North mountain which is the view you see above. From the top you can see Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Hiking in general is a great way to keep in shape and from an energy perspective it is an excellent method to grounding your energy.
