The 49th Annual Parade of Homes will kick off here in Raleigh-Wake County this Saturday October 4th. This is a tour of new homes featured by local builders that feature the newest design trends in the builder industry. The homes are judged and awards are given at a dinner later in the month hosted by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. This is one of the largest events like this in the Country. You can see all the homes that will be feature on the Parade of Homes website.
In addition to the Parade homes, there are many resale homes that will be offering an Open House during the Parade of Homes hours. These existing homes offer some of the same great features as the new builds but can often be found in a more established neighborhood or more centrally located to some of the amenaties that Buyers are asking for in the Triangle.
