I am in the process of reading a book called Book Yourself Solid by Michael Port. It is an excellent book for anyone that has a small business. The book has you do ALOT of work but it is worth it.
One of the exercises is to define a perfect client for your business. Some of the words they used and I feel fit perfect with my ideal real estate client (most particulary my sellers) are:
1. I feel more energized and excited after working with these clients.
2. These clients seek open feedback and better yet, they take action when they get it.
3. These clients are naturally optimistic.
When we are clear on who we want to work with, we can atract these clients.
Who is your perfect client? What are their attributes? How do they make you feel?
