Remember my great couple who sold the house with the Surfboard? Since then, they got married, getting ready to have a baby and closed on their new home yesterday!
There must be something in the water. My beautiful daughter just bought her first home in the same neighborhood and is getting married this week. No baby watch, but yeah, I am beaming. Life is good.
So, just sold, 3/2 in Boca Raton Square, very upgraded, pool home on quiet street in best school district for $351,000.00. Congrats!
