Today, Tuesday September 30th, 2014 is a phenomenal day for business!! Our team comes together every Tuesday for an office meeting that turns out to be a positive enlightening experience for all of us!! Not only do we get to share success stories, we get to express our wants and needs in the house. I love these little power meetings as it holds us accountable for the work we produce here. Most people are scurring in at 9 am trying to seek out a parking space while others cozy in to office chairs strategically lined in the conference room by the office assistant. There is usually Noah's bagels or the awesome goodness of La Vic's breakfast burritos wafting throughout the vincity!! If you haven't tried one, your in for an awesome treat btw!!
Most people are back from MegaCamp sharing stories and new ideas. I sit back and listen to all the banter as I am trying to decide where to gain 4 listings by the end of the month of October. There is the possibility of listing my mom's hairdressers house if I could get her to sign the contract this week that would be great! And then there is the Los Gatos tour tomorrow, I could meet a potential client then. Hmmm. Mind is working, body is sound. Happy to be here all around! I am glad that today is a good day. Networking in our office is not a problem. We have tons of resources and people to lean on and ask questions to. Some people may think we are like a shark tank, where everyone is out for themselves. But here at the office in Los Gatos, we are driven by everyones success. If my associate is successful, it in turn empowers me to be successful. One agent was able to lose 86 lbs in 6 months and we all stood in ovation at his enduring struggle to lose weight prevails. We are an awesome team here at Keller Williams, so let us get to work for you today.
