I'm considering different lead options; heard some pros, a lot of cons about Zillow. My office already uses Trulia, with little to no results. Any of you have success stories with other sites (that also don't break the bank)?

CJ: With any lead service, it still takes lots of cultivation and your are still competing against other agents, because prospects do not stick with only one search site. I agree with Sally K. & David L. Hanson on this and it does not happen overnight. Good Luck! These lead services, in general, will suck away your hard-earned money very fast.
